Professional
Approach
I have an integrative approach to supervision based on the 7-eyed process model from Hawkins and Shohet and the developmental approach of Stoltenberg and Delworth. My style is supportive, purposeful and respectfully challenging. A typical supervision session has three elements:
Qualifications I am a Registered Supervisor with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and an Accredited Supervisor of the Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (NLPtCA). I have a Certificate in Supervision from the Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy and have trained in Group Supervision with Robin Shohet. Contracting As supervision is a longer term arrangement I like to make the first three months probationary on both sides so that we can both ensure that your practice is safe, ethical and I am the best person to help you move forward in the direction you want. |
Individual SupervisionSessions can be arranged on a regular or ad-hoc basis either face to face or over Skype. Reduced rates are available for registered counselling, psychotherapy or coaching students.
