Approach
My approach is grounded in positive psychology, neuro-linguistics and solutions focussed, and has been described as facilitative, perceptive, rigorous and creative. I use scientifically valid tools and proven approaches in conjunction with utilising my full depth of knowledge as an INLPTA Registered Coach Trainer, UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, Qualified Teacher (QTLS) and NLP Coach Trainer (INLPTA). I am also an experienced executive coach supervisor and author of The NLP Coach Companion.

I have delivered executive coaching to staff at middle, senior and director levels in local government, NHS and businesses. A number of assignments have been as part of Employee Assistance Programmes following OH referral. As a corporate trainer I have a solid working knowledge of many leadership theories, strategic, negotiation, decision making, team development, people management, etc. I bring real world experience as a business manager and director that allows me to quickly understand and connect with the challenges faced by coachees. I completed my postgraduate masters in management at Loughborough. Sport
I have worked with a wide range of amateur and elite athletes, adventurers (youngest woman to summit Everest), members of the British Orienteering elite development squad (since 2012), Northants County Cricket Team (In association with Outward Bound) and the UK World Skills squad & training team (In association with Brathay). OPTION 2 - DEVELOPMENTAL COACHING Pre-planned topics that focus on self-awareness, career targets and goals, workplace challenges, leadership effectiveness, personal impact, values and purpose, strategy, etc. Each session we look at a different topic and you leave with new awareness, insights, solutions or strategies to apply.
