Supervision and mentoring is an opportunity for active coaches, managers and professionals to step outside their current relationships and focus on developing their effectiveness. Supervision can help you to:

The focus in supervision

Each supervision meeting may consider one or several areas. For example:

Your approach at work and how to improve your effectiveness
The dynamics of your relationships with others (and yourself)
Reflecting on how effectively you are applying your skills and abilities
The organisational, social, ethical, & contractual context for your work
Your personal purpose and vision and how that informs your work

Do you need super-vision?

That is of course a question that only you can answer since you know how much experience you have and what challenges you face in your work. What I can say is that if supervision supports you to explore and develop your working practice leading to the best possible service to clients, why would you not? Many employers or coaching organisations require or advise regular supervision.

The best type and frequency of supervision is that which suits you and your needs. I provide confidential supervision and mentoring for Managers, Coaches, and NLP Professionals. I offer:

Experienced support

With a background in engineering, management and development training I work as a facilitator, coach and therapist with individuals and organisations. I have been providing coaching and mentoring for over 15 years and psychotherapy for the past 5 years. EMCC Logo I am a member of the Neuro-linguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling Association and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and am bound by the NLPtCA, EMCC and INLPTA codes of ethics.
