Round Rounds

Completing sentences as a round or perhaps choosing one each, these cards stimulate reflection and can help close your training course.

Animal Objectives

A non threatening way to look at personal goals for the course and achieving them. 

I have used them successfully both at the beginning of a programme and referred back to them each day, or at the end as a wrap up of what individuals have achieved.

Someone Who

A balanced set of personal quality cards with many different ways to use.

My favourite way? All cards start face down in the middle. One at a time, each person takes a card then hand to someone in the group they think it applies to (ideally giving an example of when they showed that quality/skill).

 

After all the cards are given out and discussed, the final 20 seconds is a race to see who can get rid of your cards to someone who is more deserving than you. If you manage it you are a winner, if not you have a handful of great compliments so you win too !
