Directions

Coaching sessions generally run from our base in Kendal. It is 10 minutes walk from the railway station and there is ample free parking outside.

• Take junction 37 from M6, which is the second exit for Kendal.  Drive past wind turbines and carry on following the wiggly road into Kendal for about 15mins.  On the descent into Kendal, you will notice the Castle Green Hotel on your right. 
• Continue down the road into Kendal, under a railway bridge (Castle Street) which then forces you right onto Ann Street and then left onto Stramongate and straight over the bridge.
• Follow the road as it swings you round onto New Road (which runs along the river on your left) then takes you over another very narrow bridge, be careful two lanes on either side but one and a half on the bridge, with sharp turns at either end and now the river will be on you right. 
• Take the third left, just after Queen Katherine Street, Lakeland Lawnmowers, a pedestrian crossing and footbridge over the river. It’s called Parr Street.  Carry on up Parr Street, over the Canal Bridge and you are on Sunnyside.  valley training is on the left, Number 14 with a blue door.
