About Neal
I have over 18 years experience developing potential and
work as trainer, mentor and coach. I am the co-director of Sugar NLP Ltd; deliver
Coach and Skills Training courses through my company valley training and have a
private coaching and psychotherapy practice based in Kendal.
I am passionate about development - bringing the best from you and enabling you to achieve this for others. I am particularly interested in coach training, authentic leadership, facilitation, emotional resilience, happiness at work and creative communication. My facilitation style is purposeful, playful and reflective. Delegates describe me as “knowledgeable, challenging and inspiring”
I have a Masters degree in Management from Loughborough University and am a highly skilled NLP, Coaching and Business Communications NLP Trainer (INLPTA) and UKCP Registered Psychotherapist. I am a Qualified Teacher (QTLS) and Accredited Practitioner of Outdoor Learning.
My background as a Mechanical Engineer with Lucas Aerospace, Projects Manager with Sports Organisations, Heath Charities and Local Government, Outdoor Centre Director and Training Consultant gives me a diverse real world base from which to deliver relaxed, fun and effective training and coaching.
I am the author of two very well received books, The NLP Coach Companion (2011) and The Fulfilling Goals Workbook (2009).
